    An investment in your health

Investing in this work is an investment in health. After purchasing this work I made a simple commitment of spending fifteen minutes daily exercising as outlined in this work. These simple exercises have gifted me with increased energy, increased muscle strength/flexibility, increased lung capacity and better overall health. This book instructs the reader in a simple, uncomplicated manner. The exercises can be utilized by all regardless of age or health. How refreshing to find a work that fits all. Our new research project which involves working with seniors to enhance wellness will utilize T'ai Chi in a Chair in our exercise portion of the project.

You really can get a good workout sitting in a chair.

I recently had foot surgery so I needed to find some type of exercise I can do while recovering. This book is the answer. Plus it is, by far, the easiest to understand book I've found on Tai Chi. The drawings make it pretty easy to do most of the poses. I would appreciate a DVD version to view to see the flow of the movements.

    A Great Book !

I would highly recommend this book to anyone. All I can say is that the exercises are easy to do, and really do work.I always believed that you had to really sweat and endure pain to feel that you accomplished your goal in a exercise program, but this book has changed my mind.

    Can't Say Enough !

Talk about stress relief, this book filled the bill totally. Tai Chi in a Chair really works, my total physical shape has improved using the 15 minute exercises, and in very short order. I recommend the exercises and program to anyone that is too busy to spend hours in a gym. Definitely a must read!

    Easy, completely entrancing

As a new person to tai chi I found this book to be incredibly easy to understand. Not as confusing as most other tai chi and/or yoga books!
