This is an intro to tai chi but the title is misleading. It is NOT a "workout". It is instructional, but not interactive. I thought there would be exercises to follow along with, but that is not how this is structured. If you are looking for the philosophy behind tai chi's movements, then this is good for that. If you are looking for something to move along with, keep looking, because this is not that.

I have an interest in Tai Chi, but I have never had the opportunity to learn the theory behind it. This app is excellent. I even had a master Tai Chi instructor look at it. He definately approved.

This isn't a substitute for real, in-person lessons, but it does have some great pointers.
