    These ten tails showcase the love of significant others whose stories make for fun engaging tales. None of the contributions are clinkers as most avoid the simplicity of cuteness only like when whether a male human competes with Houdini the goat for the affection of his woman in "Norah's Arc by Kate Angell or Dickens and Madeline debating eating flies and how to train their new pet person Rose in Stella Cameron's "A Knotty Tail". Lori Foster's "Man's Best Friend" proves a puppy is also a woman's best friend. Readers will appreciate these four legged romances as the stars demonstrate why they are the significant others of their respective pet persons; affirmed by the monkey "Atticus saves Lisa" by Ann Christopher.

    Must Read!

    Tails of Love, is a wonderful anthology that has twelve authors share and touch your heart with each love story that has some very awesome animals in each one. This book is
    a great read and one I would recommend to anyone. Not only do the stories have romance but it also lets us into the characters hearts for their pets.

    Lori Foster starts us off with Man's Best Friend. SBC fighter Gary Rutledge has known Erin Schuler since they were kids and has been waiting for her to see him as a man. Will the puppy she rescued in the park help bring these two together? Does Man's Best Friend become a friend to both?

    Stella Cameron, A Knotty Tail, will make you laugh out loud when one cat and two dogs cause mayhem for their owners Rose and Simon. Can Madeleine, Dickens and Clawdia
    work together to bring these two together?

    Kate Angell, Norah's Arc will also find you smiling and there will be many chuckles through the story. Norah is the owner of a petting zoo and Mike is trying to get some building done but there is one animal that's making this job hard for both to do. Houdini the pygmy goat will either keep these two apart or bring them together with his character. Which will it be?

    Dianne Castell, brings us a very different animal. In The Pursuit of Happiness, you will see just what love can fix. Jan and Rex have been together for some time but now Rex needs Jane's help. Will true love win out?

    Ann Christopher, Atticus Saves Lisa has an animal that talks back to a point and can get
    easily upset but is devoted to his owner. Will this therapy pet be able to help Lisa realize she can move on in her life with Cruz Shaw or still think she must take care of her brother Keenan?

    Marcia James, Rescue Me is a sweet romance with romance that shows us time has much power when one grows up. Buddy needs a Dr. and Claire Mendelsohn is just who Adam Beaumgardner reaches out to. Will Buddy bring these two back together again?

    Donna MacMeans, Lord Hairy the dog meets up wit the real Lord Hairy. How will Hannah Waverly explain this to Lord Hairy Ashton? Will Lord Hairy bring these two together? And what is that fur balls real name?

    Sarah McCarthy, Danny's Dog brought tears to my eyes. Kathy helps out at a place that rescue's animals and cannot this particular dog go. She may have to ask her estranged husband, Walt, for help. Will Sebastian help Kathy and Walt reunite and worth through things?

    Patricia Sargeant, Scaredy Cat, was my favorite romance read in this anthology. Kendra Willis is dating one man but he does not like her cat, Tom, and when he runs up a tree Harvey Sievers does nothing to help. Tom knows just whom Kendra needs and will do what he can to help her out. Neighbor Paul Strahan to the rescue but does Tom help unite these two or will Harvey try to fix thing with Kendra?

    Sue-Ellen Welfonder. A Man, A Woman, and Haggis involves a possible ghost while visiting Scotland. A voice is telling Jilly Pepper to order haggis and when she does she has a very close encounter with a dag named Haggis. Who is this Scotland that belongs to Haggis and how will this all come together? Funny how food can bring two people together with the help of one crazy dog.

    pets

    Being a huge pet lover I loved this book. It has a stellar list of authors and the stories were very enjoyable. It went directly into my keeper pile.

    Great Stories

    I am a lover of animals and of short stories so this was a perfect read. No struggling to keep up with names and events like in a thick novel. But it is hard to put it down as the stories are all so interesting. I have really enjoyed it and will keep it to read again.
