This book gives a direct view of how the Irish thought of themselves in this poorly understood period. Read it and you'll understand how they wished to see their own leaders and champions. Read this and discover some of the main behaviors of the Irish men back then. Read this and ENJOY!Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. This was a book that requires major attention and must be read in under a week. Details and imagery will intoxicate your mind, and somewhere between discriptions of wars and scenes, you wish you were in the book. However, the storyline and the reason of this book will baffle ou, and send you crazy. There are so many characters and concepts in this book, you will get lost. I would like to inform reader that if you read this book, you must realize this book is a translation is composed of 2 tales. Keep in mind, it was never written down, and when it was written down, monks wrote it and their main intent was to make the Pagans look bad and convert any last Pagan in Ireland to Christianity. You will enjoy it, but when reading, make sure you remember every detail. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
