After prayer and meditation, I looked at every diet book on the shelves. This one seemed to be the 'right' one. I read it and found it to be very useful. I was at rock bottom, and this book helped me realize I have a food addiction, and it has given me skills to recover from it. When everyone is ordering desert at a dinner party, or when someone brings me warm cookies, this book has given me the steps to not only refuse it, but know it will throw me into a binge cycle. I am doing it 'one day at a time,' and my friend noticed today my jeans were baggy. And, P.S., I only read this book two weeks ago! (I am down 11 pounds.) 32 to go!
