Kenner following The Stark Trilogy—the bestselling novels Release Me, Claim Me, and Complete MeTake Me continues the story of Damien Stark and Nikki Fairchild, and introduces Evan Black, the enigmatic man at the center of J. Kenner’s Wanted.

I’ve long dreamed of my fairy tale wedding, but it wasn’t until I met Damien Stark—who captured me with his kisses and undid me with his touch—that I began to believe it was my destiny. Though we both carry secrets and scars, our shared passion heals us, binding us together. We have surrendered to each other completely, and our mutual ecstasy is the brightest light in my life.

But darkness still snakes through the cracks in our armor. Ghosts from our past have moved in, bringing fresh pain that cuts deep and threatens to destroy everything we hold dear.

Damien is my anchor to this world, and I am his. But if we are going to keep each other, we have to fight the shadows of our pasts to move forward into our future.

A lot of people complain about this book being to short. I didn't mind that, because I thought it wrapped things up nicely. Overall, I loved this series. The characters were solid, which made the erotica more fun. I'd recommend it for anyone wanting quality erotica.

This was just perfect. 90 pages was just enough to end the story of Damion and Nikki. It was just perfect and didnt drag on. You got that hot feeling one more time of Damion. God he is HOT! The author did a wonderful job writing what her fans were looking for. If the book was any longer it would have just dragged on. We the readers got the perfect picture of their story from the other books. This book will just make you smike from beginning to end. Youll also will find yourself wanted to punch Nikki's mother in the mouth and knock some teeth out..... Loved it!

I was so excited when I saw that J. Kenner wrote Take Me. Who doesn’t love some Damien Stark and Nikki is cool too. I enjoyed the book, but it didn’t flow as easy as her earlier reads. There were just a few places in the story that it felt a little forced. I assume that it was written to tie a bow on the Damien and Nikki story and introduce us to Evan Black. As with all of the Stark series, there are struggles and some drama. Nikki has to confront her past-again, and find the strength to let it go. Damien is fierce about his woman and is there to help her in any way that he can, and we do mean any way. This seems to be the steamy emotionally charged conclusion to Nikki and Damien. I love their story and I am a little sad that this may be the end.

Another great read by J. Kenner. Perfect ending to the trilogy. I loved all of it. With any series you read you hope for a solid ending. This book provides that solid ending for the trilogy you should have just read. And while the trilogy is over, the story still goes on further in this book and in Jamie's story.  Through out the series you've read about Damian Stark and how he has all these secrets that stem from his past but yet he has so much love for Nikki. And Nikki also comes from a trouble past though different from Damian, still the same. Theses two could not have  been more perfect for each other, they offer the strength they both needed to really fully move past their pasts and live in the present and plan for the future.  Damian has finally opened up and Nikki has finally let her mom have it. But what does the future hold for Damian and Nikki as a couple? Well I guess you'll have to read it to find out.  Strong sexual content in this book. If you don't like reading about the happenings between a man and a woman in a relationship, then this book is not for you. If you don't mind that type of thing, I highly recommend this book. The story line is beautiful and you get to watch the pair discover some very important things.
