Hailing from the Midwest, this transplanted Wisconsinite, Mary Ann Hutchison now calls Tucson, Arizona home. She spent over forty years in the legal field as: a legal secretary, Administrative Assistant for the Pima County Sheriff’s Department, Courtroom Clerk and Judicial Administrative Assistant for the Pima County Superior Court.
One husband, two spoiled felines, six children, nineteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren constitute her immediate family.
Her writing family derives from: the Gecko Gals Ink (five sassy and spunky women whose writing is differently expertised); Arizona Mystery Writers (past-Presiding Chair, past Writing Contest Coordinator, currently Speaker Chair); former member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators.
After retiring, she began to seriously put words on paper and writes short stories, memoirs, middle-grade, and suspense stories.
