Take the Lead

All Music Guide - Eric Schneider
In the 2006 film Take the Lead, Antonio Banderas plays an instructor who teaches ballroom dancing to a group of rowdy New York City high-school students. Fittingly, some of the songs on the movie's soundtrack mix vintage pop/jazz tunes with hip-hop, most notably on "I Got Rhythm," which finds Q-Tip lending his deft flow to a classic Lena Horne melody. Other highlights include Kem's dreamy "Fascination" and Sly & the Family Stone's soul remake of "Que Sera, Sera (Whatever Will Be Will Be)."

    PSH, YEA!!!

OMG, this was a great movie with a great soundtrack. If you loved it as much as I did (I don't know how you wouldn't) then you will also love Step Up and Step Up 2.
