I could relate to the main character's sense of humor and desire to do her best given the situation she finds herself in. A vampire book without the romantasism that seems to overwhelm the gener now adays.

I would say that if you are loooking for a good read that this book will fit the bill. The story is fast pace the main character is well built. There is one small issue and that it is some of the sudden incerting of characters and the loss of others.
