Philip Leach is a solicitor and Senior Lecturer in Law at London Metropolitan University, specializing in human rights law. He is the Director of the European Human Rights Advocacy Centre (EHRAC), based at London Metropolitan University. He is co-editor of the Human Rights Alerter and is a Board Member of European Human Rights Law Review.
