    Sonic High School Chapter 28

*Tikal woke up on a Saturday. She looked at her clock. It was 9:24. Sighing she got out of bed again. She hadn't got much sleep lately. When she got downstairs her mom was talking on the phone*
    Carol- Yes...yes....I understand...I'll tell her..
    Tikal- Tell me what?
Carol- Talk to you later.*She hung up and turned to Tikal*That was your father.
Tikal- Dad? What did he want?
Carol- He got a new job.
Tikal- Really? Isn't his old job hard enough? He is never home as it is.
Carol- Well this job allows him to come home more offen then his old job.
Tikal- Really! When will he be home?
Carol- That's the thing. In order to see him we have vto move closer to his job.
    Tikal- How far?
Carol- Very far. You will need to move to a different school and house.
Tikal- WHAT! NO! I...I CAN'T!!*runs out*
Carol- Tikal wait!*Tikal didn't stop. When she got to the woods she raced through them until she got to a cave. She curled into a tight ball at the mouth of the cave and cried. Her cellphone ranged with a text. She picked it up and looked. Knuckles had texted her asking if she was okay. She texted back yes. A few seconds later hdr phone ranged again this time with a call from Knuckles. Clearing her throat she answered it*
    Tikal- Yes?
Knuckles- What's going on Tikal?*He sounded more worry then annoyed*
    Tikal- Everything is fine Knuckles.
Knuckles- Doesn't look like.*He sounded more closer then before*
    Tikal- What do you mean?
Knuckles- Look up.*Tikal looked up to see Knuckles standing a few feet away from her. His phone in his hand* Next time you want to hide something from me don't go running past my house crying. No what's going on?
    Tikal- Just family issues.*looks away*
Knuckles- Family issues? Tikal, your the kindest, sweetest girl I know. How can your family have issues?*Tikal blushed at Knuckles's answer but quickly shook it off*
    Tikal- My..my family is moving.
Knuckles- Is that it?*sit beside her*
Tikal- Far from here. I'll have to go to a new school and find new friends all because my dad got a new job.
Knuckles- What! But you can't move!
    Tikal- I have too.
    Knuckles- Maybe you can...
Tikal- There's nothing I can do.
    Knuckles-*sighs*I'm going to miss you.
Tikal- Don't you mean we are going to miss you?
Knuckles- Umm...well...my mistake. That's what I mean.*Tikal smiled. It was funny when Knuckles tried to cover up his mistakes. They sat there talking for about an hour.(cut this chapter short. Sorry guys. Don't want my nook to freeze on me again)
