Talk Turkey to Me: A Good Time in the Kitchen Talking Turkey and All the Trimmings by: Renee Ferguson completely saved my Thanksgiving. As a timing disaster lurked with our frozen turkey and empty recipe box, I discovered this book. The easy to follow recipes gave us the most flavorful and moist turkey ever cooked in our kitchen. In addition, our guests devoured the vegetable dishes we cooked from Ferguson's book. My Husband asks me to make the appetizers for Sunday Night Football.
