    Unrealistic

    Bought this book for my 10 year almost 11 to have some straight forward appropriate talk. While I appreciate Berman's passion for education, her unrealistic approach and discussion about sex with children is totally inappropriate, especially for the 3-4 yrs old.
    Not having her own children, she is relying more on text book evidence verses true understanding of children's nature.
    There were also several questions that children or rather pre teens have that she didnot have clear advice for. Will be searching for a book with more details and realistic models of conversation.

    Dr Berman does have her own children - she has three. This book I found extremely helpful and well thought out.
