Overview

Being level-headed and even-keeled is a thing of the past. Sir Colin Wilde's broken heart has sent him over the edge. And he is convinced the only way to get over the loss of Lady Gemma is to lose himself in debauchery.

Taking his cue from the private bachelor journal of Viscount Maddox, he presses forward in his quest to become the most notorious rake the ton has ever seen.

Prim and proper Lady Gemma isn't about to let him soil his reputation, especially over a misunderstand-ing. In spite of the propriety ingrained in her since birth, she throws convention to the wind and sets about to do the impossible... seduce a rake and tame Wilde.

Meet the Author

Leah Sanders is the middle child in a family of seven children. As a true middle child she went from high school in Alaska to college in Florida, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in secondary educa-tion from Southeastern University. She also holds a Master's degree in educational technology from Boise State University.

She makes her home in Idaho with her husband and three children. By day she teaches English in a middle school. But after the kids are in bed, she will most likely be typing away on her laptop while sitting in her favorite spot on the couch.

Rachel Van Dyken is a Graduate of Northwest Nazarene University, with a degree in Social Sciences with an emphasis in industrial psychology and a minor in Spanish. She is also a Post Graduate of Califor-nia Coast University receiving a MBA with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. She resides in Nampa, Idaho where she writes full time. Starbucks is a daily must, spiders make her scream, and she loves chocolate but is allergic, of course. Nate, her husband, makes her laugh so hard she cries, and they share their Pacific Northwest home with a very loud snoring boxer named Sir Winston Churchill.

Rachel loves to read almost as much as she loves to write. Although she loves to write contemporary ro-mance, her heart will always be with historical and regency romances. Glittering balls and dangerous rakes hold her captivated like chocolate and Starbucks.

I enjoyed Taming Wilde a lot! It was a thouroughly entertaining, well written story with fun characters. It is a quick read which had me laughing out loud at points! How can you beat that! It was also nice to revisit friends/characters from the author's past books in this series as they helped (well, I'll leave that up to your interpretation when you read the book) the main character's through their journey to each other.

Fast easy read, love the story line. Especially fun to read with the other 2 titles first waltzing wuth a wallflower and beguiling bridget.

Sweet - G rated love story. Loved the character's and the "help" the twins gave Colin. Had an ending I didn't see coming, but put a big smile on my face. A quick easy romance. (ljb)

Taming Wilde was a sidestep from my normal preference of Christian fiction, but exceeded my expectations by being an excellent story. Ms. Van Dyken and Ms. Sanders did an excellent job of pulling me into the story and keeping me tied there until the end. They even put in an unexpected twist that left me smiling.
