But life struggles forward for soldiers and ordinary citizens. The fractured nation is dotted with stricken towns and epic scenes of devastation–some manmade, and some more mysterious. In the western territories cities are swallowed by gas and walled away to rot while the frontiers are strip-mined for resources.     Short but good

    This is a very short story but it is also only 99 cents so it is worth it. The author is very good at creating a scene and setting up a dialog that holds your attention. Its a short eerie well written story and im glad i spent the dollar.

    Very short and not worth the money. The backround implied a long

    Very short and not worth the money. The backround implied a longer story but had almost nothing to do with the actual book. Good for the five minutes you get, but dissapointing.

    Short but enjoyable

    A novella that takes place in the middle of the book Clementine. Short but well told, and I enjoyed the story.
