THIS BOOK IS NOT AVAILABLE FROM BARNES & NOBLE

This is a wonderful book on the subject, and now out of print. Do not waste your time however ordering this book from Barnes & Noble as I did, they still have it listed as available and are too lazy or incompetent to let people know.
