    A wonderful guide to tapping for newbies like me! I was recent

    A wonderful guide to tapping for newbies like me!

    I was recently recommended Tapping Scripts for Beginners and I have to say that is was a very enlightening and practical introduction to changing my mind and body, taking hold of the reins in my life and succeeding in my goals and aspirations. Anthony Anholt does an excellent job at introducing the reader to the concept, benefits and practice of meridian tapping... allowing the reader to become fully immersed in the use of the transformative techniques that can curb troublesome habits, behaviors and  emotional/hormonal problems that cause us as humans to not always be at our best. 

    The author has a clear and straightforward writing style that approaches the guide to tapping in a practical and easy to understand way, allowing even the most inexperienced reader (such as myself) to really grasp the concept and easily learn and benefit from the meridian tapping techniques that do a world of good. I finished this book feeling like Id actually learned something new, something that had the promise of doing a lot of good in my life and I'm really eager to put the author's advice, tips and techniques into practice.

    A Great Resource! I was looking for a guide to get me motivated

    A Great Resource!

    I was looking for a guide to get me motivated about losing weight when I stumbled upon this book. I had no idea what meridian tapping was, but the author did a good job of explaining the process and outlining the benefits. Basically, achieving any type of goal starts with a positive mindset. This book is all about how to achieve the mindset you need in order to succeed. I love the positiveness of this book, and how the author stresses out the different methods of manifestation and releasing negative emotions that hold you back. I felt very inspired when I was finished with this book. I found the motivation I needed, and I'm ready to start implementing the tapping method.
