Meet the Author

Melissa started writing back in the 7th grade as a way to escape and create new worlds where she was in control. If a book or movie didn’t end like she wanted or thought it should, no problem. She just rewrote it. This made for some interesting conversations with teachers when trying to do those dreaded book reports. Suspense and thrillers are her favorites, but she enjoys writing young adult and children’s books for a change of pace. An element of suspense and mystery drive these stories as well.

Born and raised in Texas, she tends to dream big and believes good conquers all. Her husband and three kids mean the world to her and keep her on her toes.     A Great Suspense!

    This book kept me guessing at who were the good guys and who were the bad guys the entire story! I turned each page to find a thrilling, or chilling, surprise. Kathleen is a doll and David is that male women all love and want in their lives.

    What a great thriller, with just the right mix of suspense,romance, and humor!

    Great Mystery

    Another edge-of-your seat suspense from Ohnoutka! Her characterizations are phenomenal, you'd swear you know these people. She keeps you engaged from beginning to end. This is a must read for suspense fans.
