The book wasn't bad, but could have been really good. It almost seemed as if the author didn't think everything through so some of the chapters were kind of rambling and confusing. I got the sense that the author tried to get the reader to understand the 'science' of what was happening, but didn't really understand it himself.

As many of the reviews bring up, for other books, there were also a number of typos and sentence structure problems. I don't know if that happens in the tranferring from one medium to the next, but if so, one would think someone would be actively trying to fix that problem.
