Not a bad little tarot gift set...for starters

I have bought this little tarot gift set, and I am very new to tarot...so this fits the bill, just fine...until I get familar with the cards, which the artwork is pretty good...the book is a little new agey...but if you want to know with the meanings, get another book such as Learning the Tarot or Absolute Beginner's Guide to Tarot...for beginners...but still not a bad deal, I do say so myself.

A decent deck, a great book

The book is great. A full page for each card, as well as an illustration of the Crowley, Waite, and Marseilles decks to compare the imagry and symbology between them. The cards are nothing special, however, and lack any sort of imagry on the minor arcana numbered cards. However, they are very easy to shuffle, and the cards that have imagry are quite nice.
