This Tarot Deck has great energy and very nice illustrations, skip the book it is not interesting at all... The Cards carry a lot of depth and meaning & are easy to relate to.

I've read many reviews, I've researched into what each card means, and the prominent symbolism (which should be) attached to each card, etc... I was given this set as a birthday gift a year ago. From other sets that I have seen, it doesn't appear the artist knew anything about Tarot and just copied others... but left out some of the most important stuff. If you like the cards then use them. I'm just saying that they aren't beginner friendly, and they also are not as attractive either.

This is a horrible deck to start learning Tarot. A good deck should have visual clues that allow your intuition to work at discerning the meaning of the card. This deck is sorely lacking in that area. The book has too little detail on the meanings of the cards. Get a RiderWaite deck and a good Tarot book. This set is designed to make you think that you've learned something complicated in a very short period of time.

I have had my Tarot deck now for 3 years and right away I saw how simple and easy it was to use these cards.. I have picked up others but I stay true to these cards.. Note you should clean your cards with a full moon you will find they work better for you.. want to know more about these cards e-mail me enjoy NIKKI Belton, Texas

I bought this book 2 years ago. I still regret that I made such mistake! The cards are ugly. The book is not that well written either. I don't believe the card-spreading techniques mentioned in the book either. Not that much of the information I'm looking for.

i think everyone interested in tarot readings should start out with this book

I was disappointed with the card designs, could be much better. The meanings of the cards are too brief, though they are short and sweet. And somehow some of the readings didn't turn out right.

This is a very useful item if you want to learn to read the Tarot. The book illustrates each card and gives meanings while also explaining various layouts. Very good value for the price.

I was interested in learning Tarot and when I saw this package I knew I had to have them. It is a great price and the explanations are easy to understand...if you want to get into Tarot you need a lot of time to study the pictures, meanings, and secrets behind the cards...this book makes it easy to do so...I thought it would be way more complicated.

I am I have six other tarot decks in my forum, presenting one of four to my patrons (I read cards professionally among other endeavors) they are always drawn to these cards, for their comfort and simplicity. The illustrations are very basic but key, and the subconscious minds rushes to create images to fill the void. Outstanding for people that want to start reading the tarot but do not want to spend the money

I just got started getting into Tarot cards. Amazing at how accuratley they predict your future and tell your past. I did a reading for a girl who was going to date three girls at once. When it came true, she became a little paranoid. Great if you need something to do when you get home form work, school, etc... A great price since the ones I saw cost over 30$. If you like Tarot, here's a great set.

My best friend and I just started getting into tarot cards. We searched for tarots everywhere but could only find them for over $20. At barnes and noble we found not only tarot cards, but also a book included in the package for about $10. It was a great price!

all and all... the tarot cards are pretty much decent, otherwise, they wouldn't have been made right? the book was a bit helpful, but the illustrations could of been at least a bit more... decent and nicer lookin' too. But then in the end, these cards are meant to be 'bought' =)

I am a professional tarot reader and I still use this deck for most of my readings as it is easy to read and use. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to further understand how to read Tarot for themselves and others.

I read this book cover to cover, and I could barely stay awake during it. I know nothing more about tarot cards than I did before. This book was a major waste of money.
