    dry, but awesomely informative...

    read this cpver to cove and defffinitely expanded my knowledge. it wa more interesting than, say, a textbook; mostly thanks to the subject matter. but if you've got youre foot in the door to the world of beer, this i an awesome place to start expanding your knowledge.

    Phenomenal Book!

    If you're wanting to truly know something about beer, please read this book. The information is both informative and entertaining and definitely one of the essential books for those desiring to get into the business.
