    A wood turners delight!

My brother recently took up the hobby of 'wood turning' and, according to him, it was the perfect gift for a beginner. Beautifully illustrated and easy to follow and emulate. It sits proudly in his workshop along side his brand new, and now well used lathe!!

    This is THE ONE

If you can only buy one book on wood turning this is the only one to buy. It is the definitve work on turning. Richard Raffan learned turning the hard way and shares how to avoid the mistakes he made. Detailed step by step instructions, rich with illustrations. Raffan has published DVD's that can be used to accompany the book - I borrowed them from our Public Library. You will never be sorry you own this book - its worth it at almost any price.
