Overall, the book is an excellent source for tax research. My only complaint is the excessive number of typographical errors. There are many minor typos dealing with punctuation. There are a couple of significant errors: In Chapter 5, oage 236, the first line is a repeat of the last line on page 235. Next, in Chapter 4, page 188 the abbreviation for Federal Supplement Report 2d reads "F. Suppl 2d" when it should read "F. Supp.2d". Including this in a citation would make it an improper citation and ultimately affect the grade on an exam or project. Another thing I found was on the copyright page which follows the title page. A blank label was applied over another label which when I removed it read "Pearson Education, This book is not for sale in the USA or Canada." With so many errors in the book, it was not worth the $139.70 spent on this book.
