The title pretty much says it all. Nice book containing well written recipes with background information and beautiful photographs of the finished recipes. Nice assortment of recipes: some new or unusual; some tried and true; some savory; and some sweet. Information about various Tearooms in Europe interspersed throughout. Nice appendices in the back giving: 1) addresses, etc. of the tearooms and 2) sources for ingredients and equipment. Good index in the back. Comprehensive table of U.S. to metric equivalents after the index.
