- That's the most important thing this book taught me. I was afraid of C for years - all those pointers and arrays of pointers. But as I was reading 'Teach Yourself C', it turned out that C is not that bad... when it's presented in the right way. This book is very clear and to the point. - Strict definitions and explanations, lots of examples and exercises. What else could you need? I would recommend this book as a first step towards mastering C to anybody - a beginner as well as a professional programmer.
