A manual for teaching English as a foreign language to deaf and hard of hearing students. Moreover, we deal with the use of the Spanish Sign Language and the body language as a tool for teachers. In addition, we analyse the current situation of deaf students learning English as a foreign language in Secondary Education in Andalucía, Spain, and the possible adaptations they may have according to the education legislation. We also consider the situation when these students are aiming to achieve a B1 certificate.
