Meet the Author

Shawn Clement Nelson has taught communication, public speaking, speech and drama, film acting, directing, and dialects for over thirty years. Among his many clients are television stars Eva Longoria, twice Emmy winner Sela Ward, working actors, celebrities and entertainers. He has worked with and consulted corporate executives and university professors, has taught thousands of classes and private sessions, dozens of seminars and master classes, and his students range from teenagers to senior citizens. His audio course, The Impersonal Actor, is recommended course material at colleges and universities. An adjunct at Yavapai College in Sedona, Arizona, he received his BFA in Drama from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
