About the Author

C. Davis Fogg is president of his own consulting firm in Wakefield ,Rhode Island, and an author, seminar leader and speaker. A former executive of Bausch & Lomb, the Johnston and Murphy Shoe Company and Corning Inc. Mr. Fogg has also served on the editorial boards of the Journal of Marketing and Industrial Marketing Management. He is the author of numerous articles and two other books, "Diagnostic Marketing" and "Implementing Your Strategic Plan". Mr. Fogg holds a B.E. degree in chemical engineering from Yale University and an M.S degree in management form MIT's Sloan School of Management
