I thought the book did a great job underlining the components of leadership as it pertains to the Game Industry. I am doing research for leadership in the commercial arts - gaming as one. This book brought a great deal of insight into my understanding of the two fields together.

A bit disappointed. It is surprising that this is considered professional literature. But again, I myself am 20 years in this business, perhaps a bit picky and just about writing a book. Good to know what is out there for comparison.
