Such a good pick me up story. Tells a story of a horse with a disability striving in his career. Inspirational story for those young children with a disability or just to teach a kid to look past a disability.

I have taught preschool through 6th grade and have also taught remedial reading at the elementary level. This book would be good for these levels because the content and photos are very engaging. The book also teaches a valuable life lesson. I think all school libraries should have a copy.

This book is for all ages! I love the story of Smash and how he came to be a police horse. The horse facts are a great addition and when I need some down time, I go to the coloring pages!

This is a great story, for all ages. But surely to capture the hearts of all horse lovers. Maybe capture a few that didn't know they were horse lovers! :)
