About the Author

A New Orleans native, I knew what I wanted to be at the early age of 6, whatever involved my father. Despite the spotty presence, every time we did get to spent was the best. I grew up knowing that it was my job to hold the family together. This story is a piece of my life, that I haven't shared with many people.
