Tears Water the Seeds of Hope inspires me to get involved with this organization. The book is a heartfelt chronology of the story which led Kim and Randy Tews to embark on this journey of service for the poor. It continues with the searching, dedication and heart it takes to continue to do this amazing work for the many forgotten souls in our world. The many stories and examples provided lets us know that the founders of Outreach for World Hope remain integrally involved to ensure that the funding and efforts of supporters are applied directly to the children and families in need. The writing is captivating and heartfelt and many times brought tears to my eyes. I recommend this book for anyone who might feel that our busy self-focused lives can leave us feeling empty. It reaches into the corners of our souls that long to reach out and help our fellow humans in need.!

In Tears Water the Seeds of Hope, Kim Tews tells of the struggels and experiences which led Kim and her husband, Randy, to found a mission organization called Outreach for World Hope. It is a refreshing read filled with humor and candid stories of their faith filled journey. I enjoyed the book, and it gives one courage and inspiration to follow their passions. If you like to read about real people who have made a difference in people's lives, then this book is for you.

This is an amazing, mesmerizing, thought provoking book. We in the States are so comfortable; we sometimes forget how others in our world live with so little. This book shows a small glimpse of what the rest of our world is like. Although parts read like a novel, all of these events actually happened. It humbles me and makes me want to do more for the people of the world. I would highly recommend this book to everyone.

This book will melt your heart to its very core. The work that Kim and Randy (and their dedicated team of helpers) have done to help put an end to malnourished, starving and even children in abusive homes in Guatemala will inspire you and raise your spirits. If ever you have felt doubtful about God, you will realize we can all play an integral part in a relay team to help others. A book you will no doubt read in a day or a weekend and come away feeling like you can or just might be able to make a difference too.
