A great book but it is not the 9th edition.
This is the first edition, published in 1948. I like it because it provides a good review of Dow Theory. It also goes over various chart patterns such as "Head and Shoulders" which I've seen referred to in articles but had never seen explained. There are good reproductions of the charts and it has a hypertext Table of Contents (which some of the ebook copies of older books lack).
