Exponents are not displayed correctly and headings appeared much too large while some equations were too small to read. I liked the book as a whole, and it helped me understand several concepts that I need for my work. If you are looking for a book with practice problems, this is not it. If a future addition is published, I would like to see hyperlinks to places were you can practice the skills you have learned.
