Ernest Braun is Emeritus Professor and former Head of the Technology Policy Unit, Aston University, UK. He has also held the posts of Head of the Technology Assessment Unit, Austrian Academy of Sciences, Vienna, and Visiting Professor, Centre for Technology Strategy, Open University.
