Overview

Popular Lost Cities author David Childress opens the door to the amazing world of ancient technology, from the computers of the ancient world to the "flying machines of the gods." Technology of the Gods explores the technology that was allegedly used in Atlantis and the theory that the Great Pyramid of Egypt was originally a gigantic power station. Childress also uncovers many other mysteries, including:

  • the technology of ancient flight
  • how the ancients used electricity
  • megalithic building techniques
  • the use of crystal lenses and the fire from the gods
  • ancient evidence of high-tech weapons, including atomic weapons
  • the role of modern inventors, such as Nikola Tesla, in bringing ancient technology into modern use
  • impossible artifacts, and more, much more.

Childress has done it again! From beginning to end, Technology of the Gods is filled with facts, keen observations and tales that challenge modern assumptions in a humorous, intelligent and compelling way that is quintessential Childress.

There is no problem with the pictures in my copy and there are TONS of them. Mr. Childress has obviously done plenty of in depth research and I enjoy his writing style. It was so good in fact, that I plan on ordering and reading ALL of the rest of the books he has written. If you find these anomilies of antiquity facinating, YOU WILL enjoy this book!

David Hatcher Childress did a great job revealing to me the various bits of technological & scientific information in this book, Technology Of The Gods. In fact, I found the author's thought processes a great follow-up reading to the knowledge I learned from reading Erick von Daniken's books. Mr. Childress presented his gathered original information in such a manner that I was able to begin considering some serious thoughts about the workmanship of ancient humanity and the possibilities of how or why mankind of that age may have been able to develope their civilization much like our modernizations.

Save your money. This book does not live up to the hype. The writing just goes on and on about nothing and in every direction. THE PICTURES ARE AWFUL!!! Every single picture looks like a bad copy of a bad copy of a bad newspaper print.
