    A 'must read'!

    This is a practical resource for those of us plagued by reflux. The recipes guide you into more creative cooking so that you can once again enjoy eating and your life.

    very informative

    very inforative book with easy to understand language about the causes of reflux and how to avoid it. Does not talk down to readers.Has lots of recipes at end of book.
