Of all the books in this series, Tempered Joy is the most difficult to summarize.Suffice it to say, it lives up to the title, as joy shines through despite heartaches that will make more than one fan weep, I dare say. Ms. Thibodeaux lets her characters be true to life without falling away from their faith. Her words are a ministry, showing any Christian who reads these books that you can come through your negative emotions even if you aren't rejoicing over the circumstances that invoked them.

Tempered Joy by Pamela S. Thibodeaux leaves you laughing and crying as she had hoped to do. She was very successful in this and she does an excellent job in promoting romance in her story. She states "I pray that you've been blessed by the timeless truths revealed" and I feel that I have. Truly a story that romance readers will be enthralled by and won't be able to put down until they read every last detail!
