Each page has only a few, well-chosen words that rhyme. No word is unnecessary, and the text fits perfectly with the baby pictures. They appear healthy, happy and lovable. No one will be able to resist this book about all babies having "ten little fingers and ten little toes." It makes a great gift for a young child. Must have for your collection! Helen Oxenbury has made this simple book come to life with her beautiful illustrations. Mem Fox's words are wonderfully written and will engage your infant/toddler over and over again!
