Volume 1 sets the stage of what is going on at Mars. The first Bugs team failed to exterminate the cockroaches so humans can live on Mars. A few years later, they send another team. This special team have undergone an operation whereas they can utilize various bugs' ability. The series is a little bit hard to understand because it uses alot of scientific names for the bugs and uses a narrative approach. The suspense and fights keep me reading the same chapter repeatedly. Fans of the no hope, all in or nothing genre will like this series. Unlike Attack on Titan, most of the members have the will to fight and back up their words, regardless of how long they survive.
