Meet the Author

Stéphane Reynaud comes from the Ardèche plateau in France, where his grandfather was the village butcher. Brought up on the traditions of French cooking, Reynaud is now owner of Villa 9 Trois in Montreuil, near Paris—a highly regarded restaurant that specializes in pork. He is the author of the acclaimed cookbook, Pork & Sons (2007).

    excellent source

    The book has excellent classical terrine recipes. I have tried a few and they came out excellent.Bought book for culinary school and i love it.

    This is a fabulous book. I have been searching for a book on terrine and this book is more than I had hoped for. Just made the chicken terrine and it was really delicious. I can't wait to make them all.
