This book gave me purpose and direction(s)!!

I found this book to be invaluable: It taught me how to capitalize on my strengths, avoid work environments where I would eventually fail, and showed me how to market myself so that I could be paid for doing what I like to do! After a four-month job search following two extremely miserable and disasterous jobs at two different companies (one a start-up, the other a Fortune 500), I felt like I would never find a job that wasn't WORK. Instead of throwing another pity-party, I spent a whole day working through this manual. By the end of the day, I had renewed hope, a job title that fit my skills and interests, and a reason to find interviews! I wanted to show off!! Now, I'm firmly entrenched in my new position, I love my boss and my work, and in changing jobs I literally got a 30% raise. I am NOT complaining! This can be your experience as well if you really take the time to do the tests to your best ability, if you are totally honest in your answers to the personal assessments, and if you take the initative to put yourself on the right track! I wish you the best!
