Features: The book reviews the endocrinology of testosterone and the extant studies regarding testosterone treatment in older men regarding cognition, strength, quality of life, muscle mass, and sexual function.
Assessment: This is a first-rate review of the area. It points the way for future studies and discusses some of the practical difficulties in doing this sort of research. It is elegantly presented and edited, making for a thoroughly enjoyable read.
