My last physical showed I was low in both free and regular testosterone. I wanted to know more about replacement choices. This book has a wealth of information. The good, the bad, and the risky. Mr. Vergel is straight foward about his history, what he did to increase his T levels and what the risks are. I would recommend this to all my friends over 40 years old.

This book is very informative and it is based on evidence-based research. This book is written in terms that most people can understand. This book is a great tool for men (and women) to gain knowledge on signs and symptoms of low testosterone, treatment options, co-treatments to treat side effects of testosterone treatments and resources. I found this book quite interesting!

Haven't read it but my powerlifting, weightlifting husband loves it. It has very good information on how a man's hormones affect his life. As a matter of fact he bought 3 hard copies to give to his doctor and a couple of friends.

This book is packed with great information. It is very well written and does not feel like you are reading a medical text book. the writer has done extensive research along with nearly 20yrs of personal experience in the field of testosterone enhancement and replacement.
