Overview

Fryer uses cas histories to prove that high levels of testosterone is directly related to higher levels of mental and physical functioning.

Testosterone therapy can improve the overall health and feeling of well-being of aging men, improving sex drive, mental functions, and energy levels and reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. Sex hormone therapy has likewise proved beneficial to menopausal and postmenopausal women. The success of such therapy combined with other recommended therapies -- proper nutrition, vitamins, and exercise, as described in this book and under the supervision of a physician -- will be of great interest to many men and women and their physicians. Life Changing

In short a life changing book if you suffer from low testosterone. Men apparently go through the 'change', Menopause just as women do. Unlike women the change is gradual but the effects are no less troublesome. Many doctors are coming up to speed on this problem and reading this book will be of benifit to both patient and MD. If your over 35 years old and starting to loose sex drive have lousy moods and loss of energy you must check this book out.
