Kip fears that Jamie will realize that his trip over to the male side of his bi-sexuality is over and he'll want a girl. His worst fears are realized when he follows Jamie, finding him at dinner with a beautiful woman—worse, when Kip confronts them he realizes the lady is pregnant and she doesn't hesitate to announce that Jamie is the father.

Lane and Gresh find a surrogate willing to have their baby. All seems great until the surrogate figures out Gresh is too ill to care properly for a child. With their baby lost to them, Lane is depressed. He cheers up only after meeting two orphan boys, wondering if they could become part of his family.

    Heartfelt

This is story of Lane and Gresh but you also get a lot of sub stories of other characters thrown in. But Ms. York does a wonderful job of blending them so it's not confusing.

It heartfelt and touching the love between these two ppl even though Gresh feels less them whole after an accident.
The only confusing thing is, as far as I could tell from Ms. York's website this is bk 1 but there is a lot of back story that I was missing. She does tough on it throughout the bk but I do feel like I missing a bk or a prequel somewhere I should have read first? You aren't completely lost but it would have helped.

This series was recommended to me and I absolutely continue on!

This book was excellent! Sadly this is the final book in the Texas Soul Series but Sara York did a great job tying up all our favorite characters! This is an outstanding series and am sad it has ended. I look forward to the new series The Colorado Hearts Series that is introduced in this book and is slated to be released in the fall of 2013. I hope it's as good as this series!
