It was great how each book connected to the first. The only that drove me crazy is you don't see how the story ended. It left in major cliff hangers.

This is a set of stories set in Somewhere, Texas. The first two stories were readible but the following stories were barely interesting. I did read them... Then I started to read a tale where the lead character turns the love of his life into a werewolf... WHAT?!??!! I would say that it wasn't my up of tea...

I've only read The Rock Star Cowboy and if that's any indication this box set is going to rock no pun intended. I loved this story, but boy some of the things Brent did I would have killed him. This book had me laughing and crying. I highly recommend it because Brent redeems himself in the most romantic way possible thrown in with shenanigans you would come expect from DJ and Brent. I will add to my review once I read more. Edit: I have also read Fire Away, here is my review: The suspense of the cold case involving a fire that made Aidan a widow is opened once more. Claire his wife's sister is back into town years after the fire. she becomes the only hope for Aidan to be cleared, but the closer they get more dangerous it is. I couldn't put this one down. I just had to know what was going to happen next. I highly recommend this one!

I've only read SADDLE UP so far in this boxed set. This is the first book by Jodi Vaughn that I have read and I will definitely be checking out more of her books! She has a smooth flow with her writing that keeps your interest without confusing you. Once I started this story, I didn't want to stop reading. I think I fell a little in love with Derrick myself..LOL..He and Emily were made for each other. They just needed to realize it. Both with a troubled past afraid to trust. Not jumping into a relationship right off the bat but building it up slowly, you just kept rooting for them to figure things out. Met a few other interesting characters in this story that I hope to read about in the near future. WAY TO GO JODI, GOOD JOB!! I'm anxious to get to the other stories in this boxed set.

I can't believe I am saying this but...call the movers...Texas, here I come!!! Saddle Up, is the first book I read in this collection. The author, Jodi Vaughn, has pinned characters you want to know, you long to be on the ranch in the hot sun, along with Derrek and all the "boys". Emily, the heroine, taken advantage of by love and afraid to love again..finds herself involved with a hot and sexy cowboy. Isn't it amazing how that can change a women's outlook? Saddle Up introduces us to characters from the other books in the collection and I can't wait to get to know each one better! I highly recommend this collection. I am ordering a few more sets as Christmas gifts. So join me in Somewhere,Texas and let's all Saddle Up!!!

Note to author- it's not pre-Madonna, it's Prima Donna. A Prima Donna is the lead ballerina in a ballet company. They get the solos and attention. I'm surprised the editors didn't catch this.

Couldn't put it down. 5 story's, 5 authors, same town.. the story's were captivating till the last. Same town and people with different lives entangled together.. loved it. I recommend this set to anyone who loves a good story line with no cliffhanger. To watch the town and lives on fold before you!!!

All the books were very entertaining. The first two and the last were the best. The werewolf one wasn't my thing but I kept reading and it turned out OK but just not my kind of story. It's really nice that all stories take place in Somewhere Texas and bring people from one book into the next. Should read this bundle was worth it.

The concept of several authors all writing about different people in the same town was fabulous. Each story had its own entertaining plots but still overlapped so well with the other author's. I thoroughly enjoyed each and every story.

Enjoyed the set quite a bit. I'm a fan of paranormal romance, but the one story in the midst of normal ones was odd.

This is a series of five stories, each one interconnected. I enjoyed them all and believe it or not (if I remember correctly), each story only had one actual sex scene (though there was a lot of hinting). I was grateful for that. Because it allowed me to really get into the stories (and not be overwhelmed by graphic language or sexual scenes), except for may Luke and Kara's story. It got a little too graphic for me. The plots were excellent and the stories appealed to my sense of romance. I highly recommend this series. They were great.
