    Worthless review

Aside from the numerous typos, spelling errors, wrong words, duplicated paragraphs, grammatical errors, and punctuation errors, there are also key points of misinformation. So far, I've found at least two regarding U.S. Constitutional Amendments. One is where it states in the same sentence that the 19th Amendment changed how U.S. Senators are elected, and that the 19th Amendment granted women the right to vote. (Brief study tip: the U.S. Senator one is actually the 17th Amendment, the women's suffrage Amendment is the 19th.) And again, it states the 23rd Amendment lowered the voting age down to 18 (this is actually the 26th Amendment).

Another example: In the Geography Section it states: "Both physical and political locations are precisely determines in two ways: ... (2) exact locations are precisely determined by imaginary lines of latitude (parallels) and longitude (meridians). The intersection of these lines at right angles forms a grid, making it impossible to pinpoint an exact location of any place using any two grip coordinates." First off, "grip" should read "grid", and how does giving the coordinates of latitude and longitude make this an IMpossible ability?

The XAM website brags about having 85,000 happy customers. Apparently not those taking this TExES exam. They mention if any corrections are required they'll post them on their website, however, this book doesn't need a correction, it needs a decent proofreading job, first, and second, it needs to get it's facts straight.
