This is an attractive little book. One of a growing number about Thai vegetarian food. There is something in the book however that must not go unchallenged. The book states that the absence of dairy produce in Thai vegetarian cooking makes the recipes in this book suitable for vegans.The book lists egg as an ingredient for some of its recipes.Vegans do not eat eggs and neither do Thai vegetarians.
